Originally, Radditz and gokou were killed in the process of killing Radditz. Gokou was then taken to Emma, decision maker of eternity. Gokou is taken there by Kami-Sama. Emma then sends Gokuo onto Snake Way.
Snake Way is 10,000 mile long stone path, carved in a dragon-like structure. Found at the end of Snake Way is a tiny planet know as "Kaio-Sama's Planet". This is where the true blue lives.
Once Gokou arrives, three months before needed, he quickly undergoes Kaio-Sama's Training.
This is where we met Kaio-Sama for the first time. Now let's get down to his personality. Kaio-Sama is funny, because he make sthese stupid jokes which have no point. Of course the DBZ characters have to laugh at one time to recieve training from him. Anyway, Kaio-Sama is a strange guy, but very strong too. He is responsible for creating not only the Kaio-Ken Technique, but the famous Genki-Dama as well.
